Light Reading

Who likes trashy, un-intellectual stuff? Do you also know you have a brain in that head of yours? Do you want to combine those powers (sort of like Captain Planet's Planeteers? Sort of...) Well how about reading Gaga Stigmata? It's some pretty funny (kind of haha) stuff. But it also kind of makes you feel like you're back in that first year Media Studies paper that you thought would be a good idea. It wasn't. But go on, give it a go, get off this blog and read something substantial for once!

In reality?

Would people actually buy and wear these in real life? Like real people. Not Lady Gaga. Not Daphne Guinness. "Real people". Like you and me. Where would we wear these if not in a music video. To the supermarket? Haha, I'm so funny. But really, if you could get your paws on these (or a cheaper version *cough Wild Pair cough*) would you do it? I don't think I would. They're just too 'funny' for me. Opening Ceremony buckle boots, yes. Louis Vuitton tribal heels, yes. YSL cage heels, yes again. But these little puppies, that would be a big fat non from me. Not that I think they are too weird to exist. I think they are pretty awesome to be honest, the pinky ones in particular tickle my fancy. But not as shoes. Maybe as something I'd put on a plinth and admire from afar. Or a flower pot. Now that'd be cool.

I kinda, sort of, maybe, like this song. I didn't lurve it straight away when I first heard it, nor did I HATE it. But what really pushed me right over the edge into like-ville was this video. I bow my head in shame.

I mean it's not even shocking any more is it?! Just time consuming and tedious. I'm not even going to bother with all of her stupid shit outfits here. Hasn't her long fifteen minutes finished yet...? Please God let them finish! Now.


But everyone knows that you totally know all the words to her songs and itch to sing along...Fuck she grinds my gears. I can even deal with Amber Rose well when Lady Gaga is in a 5 million mile radius. Oh and P.S. Boo Kanye, Boo. What a fucking douche bag! Everyone knows that a real high roller would be able to handle their Henney better than THAT!

Valentino so so

so looking at the Valentino images I'm a bit torn - some i love love love and I think that celebs will be adapting them for red carpet events , some look like the model is wearing a hairy black spider or like...two hairy black spiders.
These are two I like, especially the woven bodice bandagey bits with sparkly bits overlapping and running through. The hairy spider ones arent worth my time copying and pasting into the blog.



And Gaultier? some of it was cool, like the old Hollywood style. the weird snakeskin fur pattern combo things didn't really roll with me. Maybe my tastes are too tame, but it just doesnt look good. Some of the stuff I do like is a bit lady Gaga, don't make fun. of me , I mean, for liking them.
