Disco fever all over these Alexander Wang pants. Completely irrelevant to any kind of life that isn't on a lit up dance floor, but I still utterly and hopelessly need a pair (or all three) of these in my life. I WOULD WEAR THESE TO WORK and boogie by the photocopier all day long.

Bucket Bags

Bucket bags are totally awesome and I want one! Any of these would do. If I had one I'd refer to it as my 'bucket bag' for example :"Could you please pass me my bucket bag?" It'd be fantastic! Bucket Bags for Prime Minister!

Crushed Velvet?

Alexander Wang's fall 2010 show happened in New York a few days ago. Yes I am aware I am sooo behind on this, but I have a life (and at times a very slow internet connection). But anyway, to get to the point - dare I say, I didn't really like it. The only things that I wasn't so confused about were a few dresses towards the end. What's going on here? Pinstripes and crushed velvet? Really? I like velvet, but not the crushed variety. And I never like pinstripes. N.E.V.E.R. Sigh Alexander, sigh. These dresses are wonderful. The non-so-wonderful pinstripe and crushed velvet can be researched on your own time. They don't belong here.

All I want for Christmas (for the moment)

I want this bag. Christmas present anyone? I haven't thought of any 'realistic' presents I'd like to receive this year from family, friends and devoted readers, so until I do, I'll just keep on posting the ridiculous wish list of Sarah.



Oh and shoe predicament update: I bought the silly, nasty, cheap shoes. But did a little compromise in my head and got them in black so that takes away about 40% of their silliness. Black. I can't keep away.

Lusting after stuff that will be useless for at least another 6 months

I kind of want this jacket. I also kind of want my hair like that - long term project anyone? To achieve this 'look' I would have to a) grow my hair big and proud and b)get a semi-perm/wave thing...I'm going to do it!. This girl has it going on! Except for the pout and pants. The pants look like she is wearing nappies...backwards...and the pout is all wrong. Everyone knows that the only person who can pout properly are the Olsen twins. But yes, jacket and big hair = good (even though a bit out of season on this super sunny day. But meh)
