To be honest, I nearly didn't even pay attention to the darn clothes when I looked at this. I was TOTALLY focused on the makeup, or face paint or whatever.

Why was it different for each model? Why were some tribal and some like the models had been sniffing black spray paint? Do I love it or do I hate it? The line is very thin. I like these ones, I think, bit a lot of the others weren't creepy enough or looked to halloween-ish.
So many questions, gang, so many questions.

I could think of nothing worse

than having these two star in the same film. Kiera Knightly has got to be the most painful person to watch, ever! Ever! However Carey Mulligan is giving her a run for her money and is climbing very fast up that chart for me. Urrrrgh! Why do people love her so much? How has Kiera Knightly gotten so many jobs? What lunatic put these two in the same film? Are you trying to make me combust?! I really do not get the hype and adoration around these two, it boggles my mind.

I know its been everywhere like a rash, but I didn't pay much attention to this shoot until now. Todd Cole shooting Britney Spears for POP magazine. Drives me Wild. Not in a good way.
What I don't get is - ok I see the obvious Japanese anime / cutesy fantasy thing but WHY DID THEY INSIST ON MAKING BRITNEY LOOK LIKE AN AMPUTEE?
Jesus... get the poor woman to cross her legs or something. I can't even look at this photo because all I see is stumps stumps stumps.

P.s I don't have a problem with amputees, whatever man, but they could have made this soooo much more flattering and still gone with their theme.

Anyone that knows me knows that if I could be covered in tattoos, I would be. But this look puts me right off.

I don't know what it is... maybe its just the hat that bothers me. Tattoos - ok. Outfit - not for me, but whatever. Maybe just not all together?

Ok aside from the ridiculous use of nudity here, so ridiculous I'm not even going to go there and will leave that part up to you (I put my faith in you, ok!) but this chick looks terrible! Awful! Not even good looking for a girl with her boobs out who isn't totally shitfaced (even THAT girl would look better than this girl). WTF PANTS?! WTF?


Why is American Apparel so desperate to look so unflattering that it hurts to look? Why? I know they have this whole 'natural look' they aim for with their marketing and branding etc and good for them for not giving in to superficialities blah blah blah, right? Wrong I say. Their very 'natural' girls are awfully very skinny and pretty. YOU ARE STILL PLAYING THAT GAME AMERICAN APPAREL, WE CAN SEE YOU! Yet they STILL manage to come out looking weird. I don't get it Dov. Let me know what's going on with those pants once you know. (Actually what is with this trend of people who aim to look unflattering? Not 'individual'. Unflattering, full-stop. Huh? I DON'T GET IT??? Whatevs those peeps would love these pants!)

Oh, and, what's with the horse? Anyone else know the point of the horse and titties combination? And besides, the horse looks kind of ashamed to be part of these photos...am I right?

Why would anyone do this? Is she joking? I hope she is joking. Look, I'm all for individual style, thinking outside the box, not caring if other's will get your outfit or not. So I guess this is what she's doing, not caring what people think or if people understand the outfit. I don't understand it. IT DOESN'T FIT YOU! YOU DON'T HAVE A PENIS! IT JUST LOOKS WEIRD! SCRUNCHIE! Here's my point, I think despite whatever 'look' you are going after, please make sure it a) fits and b) flatters. FIT AND FLATTER! Remember those words??? I don't care how hot the trend is, or how ironic the statement you are trying to make is! If it doesn't fit, it will look funny. If it doesn't flatter, YOU will look funny. The end ok. Alright sure, maybe your 'look' and point IS to be unfitting and unflattering and if that is the case, then I'm very sorry, I highly doubt we can be friends - unless you love Dolly Parton, then maybe we can work something out.
